Chris Jordan caught the photography
bug in high school, when she became the photographer for the local
newspaper, the Oberlin News-Tribune in Oberlin, Ohio. Her work
helped the paper win several photojournalism awards. While marriage,
children, and her full-time career in the Securities Industry took
precedence for many years, she began to focus on photography as her
part-time career in 2003. At that time Chris made the change to
digital photography, and her photos have been featured
in commercial offices, newspapers, business publications, and
album covers, as well as the homes of many satisfied clients. She
has recently received acclaim for her images and has won several
www.bestfoto.com photo-of-the-day
contests as well as the 2005 Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival
Photo Contest. Her photo "Patriot Couple" was published in the on-line version of "Parade" Magazine. Her photo, "Fun
Fingers" has been featured in
"Birds
& Blooms" Magazine. Most
recently "In a Haze" is in
the August issue of the international photography magazine,
"Shutterbug"and
“After the
Show” appeared in the September issue. Her photos have
also been featured as cards for Photographer's Edge, Inc. and advertisements for
